Additional Tips
Speak clearly and at a moderate pace to ensure you are easily understood. Make sure to maintain a confident and enthusiastic tone throughout the recording.
Choose a quiet room free from distractions. Conduct a test to ensure your microphone is functioning correctly and the audio is clear.
Start by introducing yourself: state your full name, the date, and the position for which you are applying.
Say, "Thank you for considering my application. I am eager to demonstrate how my skills and experiences align with the values and needs of your company. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to your team and achieving our mutual goals."
Before each question, read the question aloud and then provide your answer. This helps clarify what you are responding to:
Conclude your audio by thanking the listener for considering your application, and express your enthusiasm about the possibility of discussing your application further. End with, "Thank you for your time and consideration."
Review the audio to ensure all responses are clear and professional. If you make a mistake, there’s no need to stop or edit the recording—just keep going. We understand that you are not a professional voice actor, and we appreciate your authenticity and effort. Download your audio file as an MP3 from Vocaroo and save it so you can submit it with your application.
Proceed to Step 3 to fill out the application and upload your interview audio file.
